Its another sultry day at Skippers Boatyard Marina and our girls have decided to have a water fight instead of getting back to their work. Its not long before Jillian and Mary Ann look like winning contestants at a wet T-shirt contest. However, the skipper is not impressed and decides to punish them, when he learns they havent gotten back to work.
Jillian is ordered to the yards office and is tightly lashed to the captains chair. Aye, Aye Sir! An ex-Navy man, he knows a few things about knots and is eager to try them on both Jillian and Mary Ann. Next comes the block and tackle, and he eagerly hoists them from the ceiling, as smartly as any cruisers signal flags!
